Neskowin Coast Beach House

Our remodeled beach house is better than ever.

-- One house off the beach, our three bedroom, two bath home has a fully
equipped kitchen, small dining room, living room with fireplace and front
and back decks.
-- The upstairs has a large room with a TV/DVD player, one bedroom with two
twin beds, the other with a queen bed, and full bath with tub and shower.
-- Off the living room, the downstairs has a bedroom with a king size bed, a
den, and a full bath with a shower.
-- Max occupancy: 6 people
-- There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer, storage cabinets and kids
sand toys, kites, skim boards, and plenty of outdoor chairs and tables.
There is also a propane BBQ on the back deck.
-- With angle views of the ocean, step off our front deck onto a path to the
tranquil and beautiful beach. Proposal Rock is a short walk down the beach
which has a safe inlet for kids to build sand castles, or wade in the shallow
water over to the ‘stumps of mystery’.
-- The village of Neskowin is very walkable with cottages and gardens on the
way to the Neskowin Trading Company Market and Bistro and The Café at
Hawk Creek . Neskowin Beach Golf Course is also walking distance.
Lincoln City is 10 miles south and Pacific City is 10 miles north. Both have
galleries, larger grocery stores, and more restaurants. Sitka Center for Art
and Ecology is nearby at Cascade Head.

Upstairs

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and 2 twin size beds, bathroom, and living room.

Downstairs

Downstairs has 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen with attached dining room, living room with new wood fireplace insert, and utility room. Utility room contains everything you will need for the beach including a washer/dryer. There is a front deck with ocean views and a new trex back deck.

Beach

The house is located 1 house off from the beach. The beach is quiet and peaceful with Proposal Rock nestled south of the beach entrance.

Neskowin

Neskowin is a quiet, family friendly small town making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. The town of Neskowin is centrally located 10 miles between Lincoln City and Pacific City making both locations easy to access.Neskowin includes:--Grocery Store
